Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RevRigs website (revrigs.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
RevRigs provides digital marketing services including Google Ads campaign management, web page design and development, call and lead tracking setup, and ongoing campaign improvements (collectively, "Services"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements between RevRigs and each client.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By engaging our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and timely access to required accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, etc.), reviewing and approving campaigns before launch, maintaining active Google Ads accounts with valid billing information, responding to communications within a reasonable timeframe, and ensuring compliance with their own industry regulations regarding advertising claims.
5. Fees & Payment
Service fees are outlined in individual client agreements. Ad spend budgets are paid directly to Google by the client — RevRigs does not handle client ad spend funds. Management fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension after written notice.
6. No Guaranteed Results
While we employ data-driven strategies and industry best practices, RevRigs does not guarantee specific results including lead volumes, conversion rates, cost per lead, return on ad spend, or revenue outcomes. Digital advertising performance is influenced by factors beyond our control including market competition, seasonal trends, platform algorithm changes, and client-side factors such as sales team responsiveness and product/service quality. Projections and benchmarks shown on our website are based on published industry data and are for informational purposes only.
7. Intellectual Property
RevRigs retains ownership of proprietary strategies, methodologies, and system frameworks developed internally. Campaign assets (ad writing, web pages, tracking setup) created for a client become the client’s property upon full payment of fees. The client grants RevRigs a limited license to showcase anonymized campaign results for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client opts out in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
9. Term & Termination
Services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in the client agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days’ written notice. Upon termination, RevRigs will provide the client with full access to all campaign assets and data. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable upon termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevRigs’ total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. RevRigs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of revenue or profits from advertising campaigns, actions taken by Google or any third-party platform, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
11. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold RevRigs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s breach of these Terms, the client’s advertising content or claims, or the client’s violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
12. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and others. RevRigs is not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of these third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services used in conjunction with our Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal resolution.
14. Modifications
RevRigs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
