Delivery & Refund Policy

Summary: RevRigs provides digital marketing services (not physical goods). Services are delivered digitally within agreed timelines. All fees are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as set out below. Ad spend paid to Google or Meta is non-refundable through RevRigs. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve issues directly and quickly, before any payment dispute is filed.
1. Nature of Services
RevRigs provides digital marketing services including Google Ads campaign management, web page design and development, call and lead tracking setup, and ongoing campaign improvements. These are intangible, digitally delivered services — no physical products are shipped or delivered.
2. Service Delivery
Onboarding & Setup
Upon signing a service agreement and receipt of the first payment, setup begins within 1–2 business days. Campaign setup (including keyword research, ad writing, web pages for your ads, and tracking) is typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on scope and client responsiveness.
Ongoing Management
Campaign management and improvements are delivered on an ongoing monthly basis. This includes weekly performance reviews, adjusting what you pay per click, improving which searches trigger your ads, and regular reporting. Reports are delivered digitally via email or shared dashboards.
Delivery Confirmation
Service delivery is confirmed when campaign assets are shared with the client for approval, campaigns are launched in the client’s Google Ads account, and monthly reports are delivered as scheduled.
3. Refund Policy
Management Fees
Management fees are charged for services rendered during each billing period. Since digital marketing services require significant upfront work (research, strategy, setup), fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If RevRigs fails to deliver agreed-upon services, the client may request a proportional refund for undelivered services.
Setup Fees
One-time setup fees are refundable in full if work has not yet commenced. If setup work has partially been completed, a proportional refund may be issued based on work delivered.
Ad Spend
Advertising budgets are paid directly by the client to Google (or other advertising platforms). RevRigs does not collect or manage client ad spend funds. Refunds for ad spend must be requested directly from the advertising platform. RevRigs cannot issue refunds for ad spend.
Free Audit Calls
Free audit calls and consultations are complimentary and involve no financial transaction. No refund applies.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [loading email] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, service agreement details, and reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
5. Payment & Currency
All fees are quoted, invoiced, and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Any currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees, or bank fees applied by your card issuer or bank are your responsibility and are outside RevRigs’ control. RevRigs does not store full card or bank details; these are handled directly by our payment processor.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We want every client to feel fairly treated. If you have any concern about a charge, contact us first — most issues are resolved within a few business days. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us is not a substitute for this process.
Because our services are intangible and delivered digitally, work that has already been performed and delivered (research, strategy, setup, campaign management, pages, and tracking) is not undone by a chargeback. By engaging RevRigs you agree that:
- You will raise any billing concern with RevRigs directly before initiating a chargeback;
- Fees for services already rendered during the current billing period are non-refundable, as set out in this policy;
- Ad spend paid to Google or Meta is collected by those platforms — not RevRigs — and must be disputed with them, not via a chargeback against RevRigs;
- Where a chargeback is filed for services that were delivered as agreed, RevRigs will respond with documentation evidencing delivery (agreements, deliverables, reports, and correspondence) and reserves the right to recover the disputed amount and any associated fees, and to suspend or terminate services.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law. This clause is intended to encourage good-faith resolution, not to waive legal protections.
7. Cancellation
Services may be cancelled with 15 days’ written notice as outlined in our Terms of Service. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for services already rendered during the current billing period.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of India, consistent with our Terms of Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a billing concern cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through written communication, consistent with our Terms of Service. If still unresolved, the matter may be pursued through the courts of India. You may also escalate consumer concerns to the appropriate authority in your jurisdiction, such as the Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov) or your state attorney general’s office.
