The short version: RevRigs has never sold personal information and has no plans to do so. This page exists to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and to make our practices transparent to all users regardless of location.
Our Position on Data Sales
Under the CCPA/CPRA, "selling" personal information includes exchanging personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration. RevRigs does not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal information to any third party for monetary compensation or other valuable consideration. This applies to all users, not just California residents.
What We Collect
When you interact with our website, we may collect identifiers such as your name, phone number, and email address, commercial information such as your business type and ad budget range, and internet activity data such as pages visited, referral source, and device information. How We Use It
We use your personal information solely to respond to your enquiries and provide our services, improve our website and user experience, attribute conversions to advertising campaigns (using UTM parameters and GCLID), and comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers

These providers are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to RevRigs. This type of disclosure is not considered a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA.
