Our fee and your ad spend are separate.

You pay Google directly for ads. That number is not part of what we charge. The right ad spend depends on three things: your service area size, local competition, and time of year (HVAC is seasonal). We'll recommend a starting budget during your free audit, tuned to your specific market — small rural, mid-sized suburban, or competitive metro each need a different number, and we'll give you a real one.

Common questions on pricing.

Percentage-of-spend creates the wrong incentive. The agency makes more when you spend more — regardless of whether those leads turn into jobs. So the quiet pressure is always "raise your budget."

A flat fee aligns us with the thing that actually matters: getting you paying customers, not bigger budgets. If we can hit your lead target on $1,200/month of ad spend, we'll do that. The $797 is the same either way.

Three things worth calling out:

1. Your Google ad spend. You pay Google directly. The $797 is our management fee only.

2. A landing page or website — if you don't have one, you'll need either the $497 Landing Page & Tracking Package or the $1,497 Startup Kit. Running ads to a slow, generic homepage wastes ad spend, so we won't run a campaign without a proper landing surface.

3. Call-tracking numbers — if you want a dedicated call-tracking number (recommended but optional), it's billed through the provider (typically $30–$50/month) — we set it up and manage it, but we don't mark it up.

After your first 30 days, you can cancel any month with 7 days notice. No termination fees. No "oh but there's a reconciliation charge" games.

When you cancel: we remove our manager access from your Google Ads account (you already own it), hand you any creative assets we made during the month, and wrap up. Your ads either keep running under your own management or pause — your call.

The first 30 days exist for one reason: setup, launch, and the first real round of optimization take that long to prove anything. Quitting on day 12 means you're judging a system that hasn't finished being built.

Yes. The Google Ads account is created under your name, billed to your card. We get manager (MCC) access to run it — the same access pattern every agency uses, with you as the ultimate owner.

If you leave, you keep the account, campaign history, keyword data, conversion data, and the ad creative. Same for GA4 and GTM — everything is set up in your account, not ours. We never hold your ad account hostage. This is a non-negotiable.

No. RevRigs is not a Google Partner agency. Arif is individually Google Ads Certified through Google Skillshop.

Worth knowing: Google Partner status is mostly a spend-volume threshold — it measures how much ad spend an agency bills through Google, not the quality of the work. For a small-market HVAC contractor, it changes nothing about the day-to-day management. The certification is what actually measures skill, and that's held by the person running your account.

Anyone who tells you Partner status is the reason to hire them is selling the badge, not the service.

Launch discounts are almost always funded by a higher renewal price or a hidden 6-month contract. We don't do either. The price on month one is the price on month twelve.

If $797/month isn't worth it at month one, it's not worth it at month twelve — and we'd rather you walk on day 31 than feel tricked on day 181.

Ads live: within 2–3 business days of kickoff (faster if you already have tracking in place).

First leads: usually within the first week.

A stable, trustworthy cost-per-lead: typically around days 30–60 as Google learns which searches actually convert for your business. Before that, numbers bounce around a lot — that's normal, not a problem.

What we won't promise: a fixed number of leads by a fixed date. Any agency that promises that either doesn't understand Google Ads or plans to blame you when the number doesn't hit.

Yes. Extra pages are quoted separately based on scope — typically a flat one-time fee per page rather than adding to your monthly.

For most HVAC contractors the 5–7 page kit is enough for the first full year. If you open a second service location, add a major new service (say, commercial work), or want dedicated pages for a town you want to dominate locally, we'll add them one at a time at a quoted price.
